From her early training as a Hatha Yoga instructor in the 1980's Joanna has deepened and developed her experience and studies in both body based and meditative mindfulness practices. Her approach to working with her clients is infused with an openness to the compassion, clarity and humanity of contemplative wisdom traditions. 

Joanna is a certified Mindfulness Consultant and Coach and is a long time meditation practitioner.
